  1. Who I am — Vince Maidens Photography, UK. Contact vince@vincemaidensphotography.com.
  2. Services — bespoke safari expeditions, photography mentoring (Coaching & Contest), and content (blog, podcast). Specific engagements are governed by the individual agreement/contract issued at booking.
  3. Bookings & payment — mentoring places are confirmed on payment (or first instalment). Safari bookings are confirmed per the individual expedition agreement.
  4. Cancellations & refunds — mentoring: 14-day cooling-off period from the Month 1 session; after that no refunds, deferral of up to one month per year for genuine reasons. Safaris: per the individual expedition agreement.
  5. Intellectual property — all photographs and content on this site are © Vince Maidens. No reproduction without written permission. Mentees retain full copyright in their own images.
  6. Website use — content is provided in good faith; no guarantee of contest outcomes or results is made or implied.
  7. Liability — nothing limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so; otherwise liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service.
  8. Governing law — England and Wales.
